Yllka Gashi holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Pace University and has built a successful career over the past twelve years. She currently serves as the Vice President of Operations for a publicly traded commercial REIT, where she leads key areas such as property operations, procurement, vendor management, contracting and compliance. Originally from Kosovo, Yllka immigrated to the United States with her family at the age of seven. She now resides in Westchester, NY, with her husband and their two young children, ages six and three. Yllka draws inspiration from her loving family, finding strength and motivation in her husband’s support and children’s curiosity and joy. Yllka is committed to inspiring younger generations to embrace and take pride in their Albanian roots, fostering a strong connection to their cultural heritage, while also empowering them to pursue their aspirations and achieve their own version of the American dream.
